Your Choices: You have the option to select and purchase items such as faucets, cabinet handles, tile, flooring, and more for your project. Alternatively, we can assist you in making these decisions and order the items with your approval.

Samples: We will provide you with samples of cabinet doors during the in-person design meeting, so you can visualize the final result.

Potential Challenges: Remodeling projects can sometimes encounter unforeseen challenges. If any arise, we will communicate them to you along the way and provide various solutions. Please note that these solutions may be outside the original scope of the project and may incur additional costs.

Fees: The initial phone consultation is free of charge. However, there will be a design fee due for an in-person design and consultation. Once a contract is signed, the design fee will be considered part of your initial payment.
